Technologie
Les batteries lithium-ion sont constituées d’une multitude de petites piles dites cellules. Même déclassées, les batteries lithium-ion conservent une capacité de puissance, puisque certaines cellules sont encore très performantes. Grâce à sa technologie innovante, EVA Énergie désassemble les blocs de batteries et procède à l’évaluation des cellules afin d’identifier et de reconditionner celles qui offrent encore un excellent rendement.
Notre procédé
1. Désassemblage
Les blocs de batteries lithium-ion rejetés par leurs utilisateurs sont désassemblés en cellules individuelles.
2. Évaluation des cellules
Chaque cellule est évaluée : même déclassées, certaines cellules conservent une capacité de puissance très performante.
3. Reconditionnement
Les cellules qui offrent encore un excellent rendement sont reconditionnées pour une deuxième vie.
