Technology
The lithium-ion batteries are made up of a large number of smaller batteries called cells. Even unclassified, lithium-ion batteries maintain a power capacity, because some cells still perform well. Thanks to its innovative technology, EVA Énergie is able to disassemble battery packs and assess the cells in order to identify and refurbish the ones that sill have excellent performing potential.
Our process
1. Disassembly
Lithium-ion battery packs rejected by their users are disassembled into individual cells.
2. Cell assessment
Each cell is assessed: even unclassified, some cells still maintain a high power capacity.
3. Refurbishing
Cells that still offer excellent performing potential are refurbished for a second life.
